Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine
Each treatment is tailored to the individual.
Time is taken to understand your concerns, health history, and goals before developing a treatment plan.
Care is provided in a calm, respectful, and professional clinical environment, with clear communication throughout the process.
Acupuncture is used to support the body’s natural balance and recovery.
Treatments are individualized and used for pain management, stress-related concerns, and overall well-being.
Consultations are based on traditional diagnostic principles and a comprehensive understanding of health.
Recommendations are made according to individual needs and may evolve as care progresses.
Cupping therapy is a traditional technique used to support circulation and relieve areas of muscular tension.
Sliding cupping is a variation in which cups are gently moved along the muscles after the skin is properly prepared, allowing for broader coverage and a more relaxing experience.
These techniques may be used as part of a treatment session when appropriate, particularly for musculoskeletal discomfort, stiffness, or areas of chronic tension.
The approach and duration are always adjusted to individual needs, with comfort and safety carefully considered.
Gua Sha Therapy
Gua Sha is a traditional manual therapy technique used to support circulation and ease areas of muscle tightness and stagnation.
A smooth-edged tool is gently applied to the skin using controlled strokes, with the pressure adjusted according to individual comfort and clinical needs.
Gua Sha may be incorporated into treatment when appropriate, particularly for musculoskeletal tension, stiffness, or fatigue.
The technique is used thoughtfully and conservatively, with patient comfort and safety always prioritized.
